League Rules
The league schedule of tee times and pairings will be sent via email prior to the first day.
Please arrive no later than 20 minutes before your scheduled tee time.
It is the responsibility of each individual to notify the league administrator when you will not be able to play so a substitute can be contacted from the list. It is the player and the substitute’s responsibility to coordinate payment if necessary.
A list of email addresses for each participant will be sent prior to the beginning of the league.
In case of inclement weather, please call the golf course directly. If they are open, we will play. If the course is CLOSED due to weather, we will not play that day and the league will continue for an extra week.
It is the individual player’s responsibility to make sure their scorecard is accurate and turned in each week upon completion of play. Each league will have a box for score cards to be dropped. Please make sure the scores are added and full names listed. League results will be provided via email on a bi-weekly basis.
Awards will be given to the top three finishers from each league. Points will be awarded each week to the lowest three scores and at the end of the season each player’s points will be tallied to determine the top three finishers for the season.
Pace of Play will be emphasized. A tip sheet on how to play more efficiently on the course will be emailed with the schedule, please take time to review this.
Each week one person in the foursome will be designated as the POP, Pace of Play monitor.
This person will have the opportunity to assist their group in paying closer attention to the amount of time spent on each hole. If necessary, we will have a double par maximum for each hole.
Keep Up The Pace!!
Tips for keeping the pace of play up. Everyone has to do their part.
